The property is situated with access to local shopping facilities and food outlets. There are bus services to Derby city centre, where a wider range of amenities can be found including shops, bars, restaurants and cafes, along with The Westfield shopping centre. Derby also has a mainline railway station providing access to various UK destinations. There are road links to include the A50, the A52 and the M1 motorway.

A great first time buy, this property has spacious accommodation and ample storage. The property is entered via a front entrance porch, which leads to an entrance hallway with stairs to the first floor, two built in storage cupboards and a very useful downstairs WC. The lounge is situated off the hallway to the left and has a doorway leading to the spacious dining room. Leading from the dining room, is the kitchen, which is fitted with a range of matching wall and base units, with integrated oven and hob, sink and drainer unit, space for further appliances, built in storage cupboard and a door leading out onto the rear garden. To the first floor, there are three good sized bedrooms and the bathroom, which has been fitted with a white three piece suite comprising panelled bath, pedestal wash hand basin and low level WC. Outside, to the rear, there is a well maintained small lawned garden, which is mainly laid to lawn with a brick built outbuilding, whilst to the front of the property, there is a low maintenance garden with a dwarf wall boundary.
