Location

This property is situated in Albert Village, this area is in catchment for Ashby schools and is approximately half a mile from Swadlincote Town Centre. The town centre provides excellent local amenities with a variety of shops, supermarkets, eateries and a local cinema. There is also a bus station which gives access to neighbouring towns.

Upon entering this property there is a double glazed door to the side elevation through into the entrance hallway which has an under stairs storage area. This gives access to the kitchen/breakfast room which is comprehensively fitted with a range of wall and base units with complimentary worktops, there is a integrated gas/hob and electric oven with stainless steel sink and draining board, there are tiled splash backs and flooring with plumbing for washing machine, there is also a gas central heating boiler which is wall mounted, an integrated slimline dishwasher and a double glazed window and door leading out to the rear access. The lounge has a double glazed bay window to the front elevation with feature fire and stairs off to the first floor. The landing has a double glazed window to the side and loft access and gives access to two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The bathroom has a three piece white suite comprising a panel bath with electric shower over, pedestal sink and low flush WC and there is also an airing cupboard housing the water tank. Outside there is a driveway providing off road parking with gated access leading to the rear garden where there is a timber shed, lawned garden with small pond and overlooks the school playing field.
