" This beautiful refurbished Grade II listed farmhouse is in a secluded rural valley close to the village of Eynsford. Dating back to the 17th century, it remains the principle residence in a small and unspoilt settlement of traditional Kentish farm buildings in an idyllic location. The original front door leads into a traditional entrance hall with solid oak flooring. The large newly-fitted kitchen/breakfast room has a splendid original brick inglenook fireplace. The kitchen is fitted with a oak-fronted units, an electric range cooker and integrated dishwasher. There is a separate utility room with a sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. The spacious sitting room is neutrally decorated with a beige carpet and a wood/coal burning stove in another beautiful inglenook fireplace. The large dining room also has exposed oak beams and character features typical of a property of this age. Upstairs there are two large double bedrooms, the master bedroom having real character and unspoilt views of the valley. The modern family bathroom is fitted with a white suite, separate shower and an airing cupboard. The third bedroom is a single room and would be ideal as a study or a nursery.
