" A beautiful 7 bedroom detached Victorian house located in an elevated position in the village of Eynsford. The property offers spacious accommodation over three floors and is set in a large garden (approximately 3 acres) in the Darenth valley with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. Downstairs there is a large entrance porch leading into the hall with wooden flooring. The sitting room to the front of the house has a working fireplace, large bay window and double doors to a second reception room with a baby grand piano which also has a large bay window and patio doors out to a small terrace. Both these rooms have wooden flooring and period features. There is also a third reception room with fitted book cases which could be used as a study or dining room. The kitchen/breakfast is a beautiful room with hand painted cream kitchen, granite work tops, a cream oil fired 4 door Aga, American style fridge freezer, small cook s fridge, integrated dishwasher and built in microwave. This is open to the family room which has a glass roof and a TV. The kitchen has double doors which open onto a large patio area with steps up to the lawn. There is a large utility room with an electric oven, second fridge freezer and plumbing for a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a downstairs cloakroom and large under stair cupboard. On the first floor there are four double bedrooms, two of which have built-in cupboards, the master bedroom has a wonderful ensuite bathroom with a separate bath, twin basins and walk-in shower cubicle. There is a Jack and Jill shower room serving two of the bedrooms and a family bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower cubicle. On the second floor there are a further two double bedrooms. The house is approached by a private drive with an electric gate. There is a beautiful garden that surrounds the house with a large flat lawn with mature flower beds to one side and a small orchard. There is a wooden garage (which is excluded from the rental) and plenty of parking in the circular driveway. There is a stylish log cabin/ summer house in the grounds which makes a lovely entertaining area. This has a cane furniture suite, dining table, gym equipment and a cloakroom. The property is within walking distance of Eynsford station with a good train service to London Victoria and direct links to London Blackfriars and London St Pancras. There is a good range of comprehensive shopping: Swanley and Sevenoaks offering supermarkets and high street shops. There is a local village store, sweet shop, tea rooms and several pubs that serve food in the village of Eynsford as well as Bluewater Shopping Centre just ten miles drive away. There is an excellent primary school in the village, the Anthony Roper Primary School, also local Grammar Schools: Dartford Grammar School, Dartford Grammar School for Girls. Private Schools: St Michaels & Russell House Preparatory Schools in Otford. Sevenoaks School, Tonbridge School, Walthamstow Hall and a number of other private prep and senior schools. Good motorway connections with the M25 junction 3 (Swanley) which provides access to London, Dartford Tunnel, Gatwick, Stansted and Heathrow airports. Ebbsfleet rail terminal is approximately 8 miles distant and provides a high speed link to the Channel Tunnel and London. There is a one off administration charge of GBP 258 (including VAT) for this property, payable to the Agent. This covers referencing costs and the tenancy agreement. "
