" This is one of these rare houses where everything is done brilliantly, and the advantages are there in abundance. The first thing that stands out is just how spacious it feels throughout, there is large open plan lounge/diner which has a high ceiling, this helps it to make it feel really big and this theme continues into the kitchen. The kitchen has been extended and has a tremendous amount of surface space. There is loads of storage too, this has been designed specifically by the owners as they wanted lots of cupboards to keep things in there place and to help make the house feel tidy. Upstairs also feels large and the bathroom is a real "Show Stopper" and is sure to be a winner amongst house hunters as this is quite unlike anything you will see elsewhere. There are 2 big bedrooms and there is scope to extend up into the loft in the future. The garden is well maintained and enjoys the sunshine throughout the day. "The ace up the sleeve" with this house, however, is the amazing double length garage at the back. This is a massive garage in comparison to anything else on the market in this price bracket. It will easily accommodate 2 vehicles and lots of other things at the same time. It is an ideal workshop for any car or bike enthusiast and there is so much potential to really make the most of having all this extra space in addition to the house itself.

What the Owner says:

We bought this property a few years ago and since then we have totally renovated it from top to bottom. We have a growing family and have decided to move on but we will really miss this house because it is such a great place to live. We have a huge kitchen that we have designed specifically to have loads of storage. The large garage is a bonus and the owner before us used it as a workshop for renovating cars. The area is really convenient for the motorways and it is very easy to get into town or over to Bluewater which is only 5 minutes down the road. Also on your doorstep is Darent Valley Hospital, a country park for walking plus local schools and shops.
