" This attracted Victorian house is one that was built to last, with its high ceilings the make the rooms feel spacious, light and airy, with a great sense of space. By having 2 reception rooms this is ideal for mum and dad for piece of quiet, while the kids are watching TV. Having been maintained to a good standard and with all the modern touches that have been added by the current owners, which would really benefit any buyer looking to move in without the pain and mess of any DIY. Also they have moved the bathroom upstairs and this has helped to make the kitchen bigger, as it now overlooks the rear garden. The garden is 90ft approx and has been decked giving a really nice area to sit around and enjoy a glass of wine while the kids play.Location is great as well with a short walk to get to the Fast Track bus services, which will get you to Dartford train station and town centre in less than 7 minutes. Only 5 min walk to Darent Valley Hospital and very easy links to the A2 and M25 motorways. The popular Bluewater Shopping Centre is also approximately 3 miles away and Ebbsfleet Rail Link.

We both work at Darent Valley Hospital, so when we saw this property come on the market it was one that we felt would be very convenient for us. We love the quirkiness and the style of this property and have been very happy living here over the past 8 years making it a good family home to bring our children up. Apart from redecorating throughout and updating the flooring throughout we have only had to improve the garden, which we landscaped recently adding a decked area for us to sit and enjoy the summer evenings while the kids play. Also put new fencing up to provide a driveway, which comes in really handy.
