We moved into Avenue Gardens just over 10 years ago. It is spacious, very light and has been a delightful place for us to live. Since being in the house, we have added a conservatory and a modern kitchen with 'Corian' work surfaces, and this room has turned out to be the place where we congregate the most as a family and catch up with each other. In addition, we upgraded the bathroom and downstairs utility room. We also added decking and a summer house, allowing us to enjoy sunshine throughout the day and well into the evening. Being so close to the beach, tennis courts, bars & restaurants, whilst enjoying the peaceful area is a real bonus, and we will miss our home greatly.
