" This newly built four bedroom detached house with integrated garage is situated in the picturesque village of Herne, which is 2 miles from the popular seaside town of Herne Bay and only 7.2 miles from the cathedral city of Canterbury. The property has been built by a local and reputable builder and has been finished to a high standard. Oak engineered flooring flows from the entrance hallway through to the large kitchen / diner. There is a large lounge to the front with a bay window, a good size study, a WC and a very generous open plan kitchen diner which spans the rear of the house and has UPVC sliding doors opening up to the garden. The Kitchen has plenty of high gloss soft close units, AEG appliances including integrated dishwasher, fridge freezer, induction hob, chimney extractor and a single oven with separate microwave combination oven fitted into a tower unit. The worktops are quartz, there is a stainless steel one and a half bowl sink and LED spotlights. A further utility room provides extra space for a washer/dryer and gives access out to the side of the property. Upstairs there are four double bedrooms with a mixture of fitted wardrobes and eaves storage. There is an en-suite to one of the bedrooms and also the main bathroom on this level, both have Aqualiser showers and built in vanity units. You can access the garage from the hallway downstairs where the Worcester boiler and pressurized cylinder are housed. The up and over door is electric and functions via a fob.
