Pulling up outside this home, as you get out of your car all you will hear is the occasional crow of seagulls and the breaking waves on the shore.The bright sitting room is of a westerly aspect and looks out towards the garden. The modern fitted kitchen is perfect for a house of this size and there is the added benefit of a downstairs WC. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a modern fitted bathroom.Outside, to the front there is a small paved low maintenance garden and the paved rear garden has access to two allocated parking spaces. The M20 is within easy reach and offers links to Eurotunnel, the port of Dover, Ashford mainline and London.This house would be perfect for a second home owner, first time buyer or a couple moving towards their retirement, as the garden is paved for low maintenance. However if you wanted to, you could reinstate some flower beds.

We had to consider many things when we were searching for a property in Hythe, as we needed a home that would be trouble free and within easy reach of all local amenities. Our home certainly lives up to both of these.Since moving in we have fitted a new front door and gutters, so hopefully any future maintenance costs for new owners will be kept reasonably low. One thing that did surprise us about this home is how incredibly well insulated it is, as the only time we ever hear out neighbours is occasionally when they close their front door. We look forward to showing you round what could be your new home.
