" It is rare that one comes across an opportunity such as this. Summer court is on the Harbledown/Canterbury border and is a small development of 2 apartment blocks with only 12 homes. The benefit of this is that you are not sharing the communion areas with vast amounts of residents and it has a community feel as owners tend to have long periods of living there. The flat is well thought out with plenty of space in the living room and bedrooms with built in storage everywhere you turn. The living room has a balcony that gets the sun as it is southerly facing and helps with the feel of space. The kitchen has recently been done as has the bathroom, so there are no real issues for a first time buyer to sort out if the budget is tight. If it is a quick sale you need then this has no chain to complicate things. There is a nice compromise with this apartment, not everyone wants to be right in the centre but doesn't want to get in the car to get to the city centre. You can catch a bus which will only take a few minutes, or stretch your legs and I imagine that you would be in the city centre within 20 minutes or so. If you do have a car then there is plenty of parking as well as your own garage behind the building.

What the Owner says:

I bought this for my daughter several years ago when she came to University. We liked it as it was safe and secure and the best sized apartment we could find after looking at lots of properties. Since she has moved back to London I have had the kitchen and bathroom replaced and the central heating re-done. The flat is not overlooked and this allows you to enjoy the interesting views without intrusion. The added bonus of the garage has been useful for storage and the car.
