" The wow factor starts from the moment you enter the hall, as this is a hallway which you can definitely welcome guests into. The kitchen is the heart of this home and is large enough to take a big table for the whole family to sit round. As the vendors’ family grew they wanted to enhance the kitchen, so they added the beautiful 15’ x 12’ conservatory. This is situated perfectly to catch the afternoon sun.As you wander upstairs you cannot miss the stunning 10’ high window, which lets in an abundance of light to the landing and the hallway. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there are three further double bedrooms, plus a good-sized single bedroom.If you have a young family the outside is where this property has an ace up its sleeve as it is located in a safe and secluded cul de sac. There is a detached double garage with plenty of storage in the eaves and the driveway provides off road parking for four cars.Now for the garden; one of the main reasons why the current owners chose this house. The bright sunny garden is very secluded and along one side there is a disused railway embankment, which is a perfect backdrop to the garden and almost guarantees that no one will build there.

We were very lucky to have the pick of all the plots available in The Orchids. We chose this one because of its secluded position, south-westerly aspect garden and the 19’ kitchen. The location has been perfect for us as we had two boys at the Harvey Grammar and our youngest was at Saltwood Primary. Since being here we have replaced the windows, fitted a new conservatory and had a patio laid in the garden. We will miss this peaceful location, but the time has now come for us to downsize. If you need a home for your family to grow into, then take it from us, this home would be perfect for you.
