House Network Ltd are delighted to present to the market this beautiful new build semi bungalow set in Vale Square, Ramsgate, over looking the communal Vale Square Gardens.

The property briefly comprises a hall, open plan living room/kitchen with fully integrated appliances, two double bedrooms and modern bathroom. The property also benefits from underfloor heating throughout and double glazing with full height windows in the living room and bedroom 2. To the front of the property is off road parking for one car. Although the property it self has no garden it benefits from having full usage of the Vale Square communal Gardens which is opposite the property. The property was built in 2009 and is still in excellent condition just recently having new carpets and decoration throughout.

Vale Square is conveniently located within easy access to the town centre with its variety of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants as well as the Royal Harbour and sea front. Ramsgate has its own railway station providing a regular service to London and a high speed link to St Pancras. There are also a number of highly regarded schools in the area.
