" In a quiet residential area with open fields and a choice of two stations within walking distance, this 3 bedroom wing of much character has spacious rooms with high ceilings including a stunning reception room, a courtyard garden, garage and off-street parking. The property is the rear wing of a Victorian mansion built in 1863 and has high ceiling and rooms of good proportions typical of the period. A particular feature is the reception room which boasts 30ft and is an ideal place to entertain. It comprises an elegant dining room which is open to a stunning sitting room featuring a beamed ceiling and fitted with a log burning stove. The kitchen has a built in breakfast bar and is fitted with Shaker style units topped by solid wood block work surfaces. Integrated appliances include a Bosch double oven, gas hob, fridge, Belling dishwasher and washing machine. On the first floor is a WC and a spacious bathroom with separate shower cubicle.
