" 9a Holloway Crescent is part of a cul-de-sac in this small Essex village mid way between Chelmsford and Bishops Stortford. The flat has excellent accommodation, being spacious and very well presented. There is a good hallway with a storage cupboard, modern bathroom suite, 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom having fitted wardrobes, a modern kitchen with extensive cupboard space and a large sitting room. Directly behind the flat is a large green giving a pleasant outlook. There is a great deal of casual parking to the front for residents and guests. There is a good remaining lease, understood to be approximately 117 years.Directions

From Great Dunmow drive south along the B184 through the villages of High Roding and Aythorpe Roding, the next village is Leaden Roding and a short distance passed the primary school, Holloway Crescent is the turning on the right. Continue into the cul-de-sac around to the left, passing the green and the entrance to this small block of apartments is on your left hand side. "
