" 3 The Old School is a first class home equipped to a very high standard and dates back to 1884. This Victorian building was converted some years ago into four individual homes and is situated in an area with attractive property and easy commuting by both road and rail. The accommodation includes an entrance hallway with a solid Cornish slate floor, a large sitting room with spiral staircase to the first floor, Lutron remote control low voltage downlighting and bespoke bookshelving. The delightful kitchen has a wide range of high quality integrated appliances including a dishwasher, programmable stainless steel oven and a De Dietrich four ring induction hob. In additiion, there is a gas fired boiler, Cornish slate flooring and an attractive, recently fitted hand made bespoke stable door with gothic arch leading to the garden. On the first floor the main bedroom has a Juliet balcony, the second bedroom has one set of large four door wardrobes and a further set of large three door wardrobes and is currently being used as a dressing room. The fine bathroom has a bath and Grohe shower, contemporary tumbled marble Traventine stone bowl, a Villeroy Boch WC, Traventine tiling to walls and floors and inset mosaic rails.

Outside, to the front there is a secure driveway with electric gates which leads to a gravel parking area. In addition, there is a west facing garden over 50' long which has a lawn and terrace and open views beyond.Directions

From Bishops Stortford proceed south through Sawbridgeworth and as you leave the village take a right turn to High Wych and follow the road until you reach a roundabout on the outskirts of Harlow. Here go straight across heading on the A414 towards Hertford. After about 300 yards there is a right hand turn to Eastwick and the property will be seen about 100m in front on the left hand side. "
