" 1 The Old School is an excellent family home in a very convenient location. The building is Victorian and dates back to 1884 and was converted some years ago into four individual dwellings and number 1 is at the end of this short terrace. The house has been further improved by the present owners, who recently extended the kitchen by adding a glazed breakfast/summer room with open views.

The accommodation includes a hall and cloakroom, study, a generous sized sitting room with feature fireplace and spiral staircase to the first floor and a very well fitted kitchen with integrated appliances which opens to the breakfast/summer room. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms served by an en suite shower room and a family bathroom. There is oak flooring throughout the ground floor and the fixtures and fittings are all high quality. Outside, to the front a remote controlled gated access leads to an area of parking. Behind there is a small enclosed garden 10ft -15ft deep. Eastwick is very convenient for the commuter as it is a short distance to the A414 which leads to the A10, the M11 is not too far away and there is a mainline station in Harlow, about 1.5 miles away, with regular services to London Liverpool Street.Directions

From Bishops Stortford proceed south through Sawbridgeworth and as you leave the village take a right turn to High Wych and follow the road until you reach a roundabout on the outskirts of Harlow. Here go straight across heading on the A414 towards Hertford. After about ? of a mile take a right turn to Eastwick and the property is the first on the left. "
