" Offered for sale with no onward chain, this three-bedroom detached house sits within a popular residential turning, just a moments` walk from the town centre. Being on the favoured west side of the High Street, this house also falls within the catchment area for both Quilters Primary and Billericay Secondary School.

Although on paper, this house has three bedrooms, each are double rooms, and the overall size of this house is much more representative of a four-bedroom home.

It`s fair to say that some areas appear dated, but this house has been well maintained and looked after. Most recently the property has benefited from having a new Glow-worm gas boiler and a newly installed shower room which features a lovely large walk-in shower cubicle.

Generous proportions run throughout the accommodation and there is great opportunity here to create a more open plan kitchen diner which would open to the garden, while retaining ample space for a purposeful evening lounge at the front of the house.

As you will notice, this home house has a brick paved driveway, a detached garage and a rear garden that affords a good degree of the day`s summer sunshine.

All in all, an excellent opportunity to acquire a long term family home in quiet spot in central Billericay.
