" NO ONWARD CHAIN !Built approximately 5 years ago is this large 4 bedroom mid terraced town house which in our opinion is in good decorative order.This property has many fine features such as a light bright lounge, big kitchen/diner and downstairs cloakroom on the ground floor. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor with the master having an en-suite. (Bedroom 2 is currently being used as a walk in wardrobe). To the third floor there are 2 further bedrooms and a family bathroom.There is an unoverlooked rear garden and Car port with further visitors parking.
The property is located in the modern Norton Place Development in the quiet village of Ramsden Heath. The village has fantastic links to the A12 and A127, both being main routes into London and M25.There is a very good primary school which is within walking distance as well as being surrounded by nice family orientated pubs.If you are looking for a property that you can move into with NO ONWARD CHAIN this should be top of your viewing list.
