" Woodlands is well proportioned throughout, offers a wealth of period features including many exposed timbers and inglenook fireplaces and is presented to a high standard throughout. The drawing room has a fine inglenook fireplace and glazed doors to the rear gardens and the charming sitting room also has a large inglenook fireplace with a log burner. The kitchen/breakfast room is fitted with a range of base and wall cabinets, Amtico flooring and stable door to garden. The ground floor is further complemented by a dining room, rear hall and cloakroom. The master bedroom suite is of particular note with a dressing area and an en suite bathroom with a Lefroy Brooks suite. The landing links through to bedroom 2/study and a further landing provides access to bedrooms 3 & 4 and a shower room.
Outside, the driveway and turning area provides parking for several vehicles. The front gardens are a particular feature and are principally laid to lawn with mature tree and shrub planting and old established fruit trees including apple and plum.
