DESCRIPTION A semi-detached three bedroom house which is situated in an elevated location and enjoying some wonderful views from the front bedroom. Garden steps lead up to the stained glass entrance door and entrance hall, there is under stair storage and side aspect window. The sitting room has a bay window and chimney breast, gas fire within a fireplace, a book shelf forms a partition between this room and the dining room. The kitchen has a range of floor and wall mounted units, walk in larder cupboard, stainless steel sink and stable style UPVC door to the side. The dining room features a picture rail and patio doors which leads into a conservatory which has a dwarf wall and door to the garden. To the side is a covered passageway with a former outside cloakroom and workshop.
On the first floor there is a good-sized landing with access to loft and side windows. The bathroom has a white suite with high level cistern and wash basin. Bedroom One has a large bay window and a built in cupboard. Bedroom Three also faces towards Lewes and has some lovely views and a built in cupboard. Bedroom Two overlooks the rear garden.

Outside: The front garden is terraced and has a gravity feed fish pond and steps leading to the front door with hand rail. The rear garden has a small patio area, three inset Belfast sinks and steps leading up to a lawned area with greenhouse. The rear garden is secluded with a row of Leylandii trees at the rear. LOCATION The historic county town of Lewes offers an excellent range of amenities including mainline railway station (London/Victoria just over the hour) and a variety of shops, leisure centre, tertiary college, primary schools and senior schools. The universities of Sussex and Brighton and the coast at Brighton are about 6 and 9 miles respectively and the famous Glyndebourne opera house is about 4 miles away on the outskirts of Ringmer.
