" A three bedroom, two reception room detached chalet style property, situated in this small cul-de-sac within easy level walking distance of New Milton town centre and mainline railway station. Other features of the property include an integral garage, UPVC double glazing, a ground floor shower room and first floor bathroom and easily maintained gardens.


The bright and airy entrance hall has a UPVC double glazed front door and stairs to the first floor. The sitting room enjoys a double aspect and has a feature tiled fireplace with an inset gas fire.
