" A charming detached three bedroom, two reception room bungalow situated in this quiet cul de sac only a short level walk from New Milton town centre and offered for sale with vacant possession. The property offers deceptively spacious accommodation, pleasant and easily maintained South facing garden and ample off road parking.

The front door leads to the entrance hall and double opening glazed door leads to the sitting room with feature brick fire place with tiled hearth and mantle, inset living flame gas fire and large feature window. The dining room has doors leading onto the master bedroom and the inner hall. The kitchen/breakfast room is fitted with a range of floor and wall cupboards, one and a half stainless steel sink, four burner electric hob with extractor over and oven under, recess and plumbing for washing machine, space for tall fridge freezer, boiler cupboard, half tiled surrounds and door to the outside.
