" An opportunity to purchase a detached four bedroom family home, situated in a quiet cul de sac, within walking distance of local shops, schools and playing fields, now in need of some internal modernisation. Early viewing advised.

From the traffic lights in the centre of New Milton proceed in a westerly direction along Old Milton, continuing over the mini roundabout and taking the first turning right into Gore Road.
