" This is a superb bungalow which has been completely remodelled and extended into a very fine and spacious home, which offers in total four bedrooms and three reception rooms, but could be divided with ease as a three bedroom bungalow with one bedroom self contained annexe.

The bungalow is located on the southern side of the very popular Wolhayes Development, renown as a delightful place to live within a short walk of the village, sea front, mainline train station and a regularly served bus stop.

To the front of the property is the well appointed lounge with handsome fireplace and a large westerly facing picture window to the front. At the rear of the bungalow is a separate dining room with sliding doors leading out to the rear garden and patio.
