" A semi-detached house in cul-de-sac location situated to the west of Swanage town centre. The property has been re-roofed, rewired, extended and updated to provide 3 bedrooms, through lounge/dining room, kitchen/diner, sun room, utility and store, west facing rear garden and hill views.

SITUATION: Within a residential cul-de-sac adjoining open countryside on the western outskirts of Swanage, convenient for local amenities and schools at Herston and around one mile from the main town centre and sea front.
