" FULL DESCRIPTION Ainsworth Lord Estates are pleased to offer this well presented 2 bed Terraced property on Radfield Avenue......

This property has a front garden, made up of a raised bed and a low stone wall with a Wrought iron gate....You enter the property through a Black door with diamond cut panelled glass.
On entering the property your into the entrance vestibule it is a tiled vesibule and there is a solid wood dooor that leads you into the hallway, the hallway has a laminate floor and is decorated in neutral colours there is some ornate coving to the ceiling.

Moving along the hallway on your right is the Front reception room (4.24m x 4.19m) it is decorated in contempory colours with coving to the ceiling it has a stunning cast iron fireplace and a Marble hearth, plain but very grand at the same time. it has a plush fitted carpet.
