" Ainsworth Lord Estates Ltd is very pleased to be offering for sale this superb 3 bedroomed p[roperty on Radfield Avenue, Darwen.

Radfield Avenue is situated just of the main A666 on the south side of Darwen, close to and adjacent to St Jpseph's Church.

It's not very often these properties come up for sale, and given their unique location and proximity to Bold Venture Park, it's not surprising.

This property has recently undergone a refurbishment and has been nicely finished off.

Entering the property through the front door and entering into the main hallway through the vestibule, the front reception room

(4.4m x 3.35m) is on the right.

It's a light and spacious room which benefits from nice open views on to the grassed area at the front of the property.
