" House-Hut estate agents present this lovely old three bedroom farm house which sits in its own spacious grounds has been fully renovated and comes with additional useful out buildings. The property has been decorated throughout, re-wired and had a new gas fired boiler and central heating system in 2013. There is a new fitted kitchen and bathroom, the property has new carpets and many of the windows and both external doors have been replaced with modern PVCu units.

The accommodation comprises entrance hall, cloakroom

(newly fitted), living room with a fireplace and a lovely full height picture window overlooking the garden and a dining room with fireplace. The kitchen has been newly re-fitted with a range of wall and floor units, laminate worktops with inset stainless steel sink. There is a new integrated dishwasher and under counter fridge and freezer. There is an inset 4 burner gas hob with electric oven under (both not new). A small room off the kitchen houses the Worcester gas fired boiler. Stairs lead up to the landing which in turn leads to the three bedrooms which have all been fitted with new carpets. The bathroom is newly fitted with a white suite comprising a panel bath, pedestal hand wash basin and low level dual flush WC. There is a fully tiled shower cubicle with curved glass screens and a mains fed shower with wall mounted T-bar mixer tap. Attached to the property are two useful rooms which could be put to many uses but requiring full refurbishment, one would make a lovely studio or office, the other is currently used as a workshop but there is no power. The gardens could be a real feature of this property. The main garden is mature and laid to lawn with an abundance of trees and shrubs and extending some 75ft in length. There are the remains of a pig house from it’s days as a farm house and there is a greenhouse and patio area in front of the store room. To the side of the property is further garden with a courtyard leading to a storage shed. Also to the side is the gravelled drive with parking for several vehicles and enclosed by a 5 bar gate. The tin clad single garage is also located here. This substantial property is ready to move into yet provides the scope for further development and for the keen gardener. Early viewing is strongly recommended. NO ONWARD CHAIN "
