" Northam is a handsome semi-detached family home of lovely proportions with tastefully presented accommodation arranged over three floors with further potential.

The property is entered at ground floor level into a spacious entrance hall. The sitting room is to the front and has a large bay window and period fireplace this room is linked to the open plan dining room and kitchen which are both to the rear over-looking the gardens. Steps lead down from the entrance hall to a mezzanine level guest cloak room and further entrance lobby with side access leading into the lower ground floor and gardens. The large basement is currently being used as a workshop/storage area and a utility room and has much further potential, subject to the necessary planning permissions to convert into a garden room and wet room, as per the detailed plans.
