" This fine Victorian townhouse has been well-maintained by the current owner and is now presented in good order. Making a comfortable home for family living with high ceilings and four bedrooms, in addition the large attic bedroom has the potential for an en-suite facility if required. The front door opens to an enclosed lobby with an attractive part glazed partition leading to the main hall. Below the staircase is a storage cupboard and cloakroom with a modern suite. The front sitting room has a bay window and central marble fireplace with gas coal effect fire. To the rear is a double volume dining room with additional sitting area to the side. With fitted cabinets and French windows leading to the rear garden and a connecting doorway opening to the double aspect kitchen. With a good range of base and wall units there are integrated appliances including "Tecnik" 5 ring gas hob, hood and oven. A door leads out to the garden. On the first floor is the enclosed staircase to the attic bedroom with a deep light well and doors to all the remaining bedrooms.
