" 3 Portland Terrace is a very pretty mid terrace Victorian town house with exceptionally well presented, stylish accommodation arranged over three floors, the property has a wealth of original period features which blend beautifully with the contemporary interiors. The accommodation comprises on the ground floor a generous open plan drawing room to the front, with an attractive bay window and a lovely dining room to the rear. There are steps down from the dining room to a well appointed kitchen and utility area which enjoys access to the rear bijoux courtyard garden. On the first floor there is a mezzanine level high specification family bathroom and separate shower room, along with an attractive master bedroom to the front and a double bedroom to the rear. On the top floor there is a further double bedroom and plenty of eave storage space. Externally there is a pretty west facing rear courtyard garden accessed from the kitchen.

Situation
Harley Street is situated on the northern side of the city and is within a stones throw of local shops and amenities on Julian Road and St. James?s Square. These include a delicatessen, florist, public house, newsagent and Co-op. Also nearby is the attractive pedestrianised Margarets Buildings which has an excellent French restaurant, caf? and boutique shopping.

Harley Street is within a five to ten minute walk to the city centre of Bath where a wide selection of retail outlets and a number of fine restaurants can be found. In addition there is also a mainline railway station providing direct access to London Paddington (approximately 90 minutes), Bristol and South Wales.

Harley Street is conveniently placed for easy access to nearby schools to include The Royal High, Kingswood and St. Andrews School. Also close at hand is the Lansdown Squash and Tennis Club. The M4 Junction 18 is approximately 11 miles to the north and the city of Bristol lies some 10 miles to the west.
