The Seller s View!
We ve loved living on the estate where we can walk our dog safely and exercise him on the field. We are lucky to live in a small cul de sac of just 6 houses with fields adjacent to it. All our neighbours are lovely and friendly. Everyone is polite and respectful to each other. We are able to walk to the local coop and garden centre. We are close to the motorway and A55 to North Wales. We are only 2 miles to the city and often jump a bus into the city for a night out. We ve enjoyed going into the countryside which again is a short drive away. The estate is really handy for work at the local hospital. It s been lovely to see the children walking along to school. We have loved our life in Chester but time to relocate back to the Wirral for the next chapter.
