The property includes a private veranda at the front. The park covers some 20 acres and includes five fishing lakes. The park describes its lakes as beautiful and peaceful, with a reputation for producing powerful fish. The lakes include one main lake and four smaller ones, covering about 7 acres of water in total. They are well stocked with coarse fish, and four of the lakes have carp over 20 lbs. The smaller island lake, closest to the cabins, also has a variety of smaller fish, making it ideal for younger visitors.
