A WORD FROM THE OWNERS...
"Living on Spruce Hills Road has been a real joy for us. One of the things we ve loved most is the strong sense of community everyone is friendly and welcoming. We ve had lots of street parties during our time here, with lovely neighbours looking after each other, which really made us feel part of something special. Although the house is close to bus routes and great local amenities, it s surprisingly peaceful. The top of the road is closed to traffic, which keeps the street quiet and safe something we really appreciated, especially when spending time in the garden or with guests. Our private west facing garden has been a highlight. We ve enjoyed countless relaxing afternoons there, and even held our wedding reception in the space, which made it all the more meaningful to us. The location has so much to offer. Chestnuts Field is just at the end of the street perfect for a quick walk or some green space. We re also just five minutes from the Waltham Forest Feel Good Centre, which has a great gym and swimming pool. Wood Street, with its independent shops, cafes, and market, is a short walk away, and we ve often strolled to Lloyd Park or even Walthamstow Village, both of which are within 10 15 minutes on foot. It s a rare combination of convenience, community, and calm something we feel lucky to have found. We hope the next owners will love it just as much."
