Directions

From Topsham take the Exmouth Road passing Darts Farm on the left. At the George and Dragon roundabout take the second exit on to the A376 to Exmouth. Continue along this road d for approximately 3.5 miles passing through Ebford, Exton and Lympstone.
Continue past the traffic lights and proceed up the hill. Take the second left into Iona Avenue and continue to the end of the road turning right onto Hulham Road. Take the immediate left into Bapton Lane where the property can be found approximately 500ft on the left.
