Junction 13 of the M4 is approximately 4.5 miles away and mainline stations at Didcot and Newbury provide rail links to Paddington within the hour. The area offers excellent schooling, both state and private. In the neighbouring village of Compton is the highly regarded Downs School and also a convenience shop, Post Office and a Doctor s Surgery.
