"Situated in the middle of a short row of terraced cottages at the lower end of Upper Clough this two bedroomed property is set at a right angle well back from the main roadside. Built in coursed natural stone around the beginning of the previous century the internal fittings were updated during the 1980's and 1990's to include double glazing, central heating, a three piece bathroom suite and new kitchen yet retaining plenty of oak beams and olde worlde character. The owner temporarily moved to Southern England a few years ago and the cottage has been let out by Jackson Staniforth during this period. The relocation has now become permanent so the cottage is being offered at a competitive price to secure a sale before the onset of winter. OUTSIDE The garden is enclosed to the rear and only accessible through the house. The front garden includes a right of way from the next door neighbour and to the next houses in the terrace. CENTRAL HEATING A Worcester 24i to the kitchen provides domestic hot water and central heating to panelled radiators. DOUBLE GLAZING Sealed double glazed units are installed to uPVC frames. DIRECTIONS Take Manchester Road from the ring road passing through Cowlersley and Milnsbridge. Continue into Linthwaite and turn left after the main parade of shops. Keep bearing right, finally into Upper Clough and number 44 is on the right half way up."
