"This house is nicely tucked away at the end of the Close seated nicely on one of the largest corner plot positions. Located at the end of the cul-de-sac there is no passing traffic and being adjacent to bungalows, this home enjoys views from the master bedroom all the way to the South Downs and Chanctonbury Ring.

The house provides all the space you need having a lounge and separate dining room, plus a good size study. A conservatory has been added to the rear so you can enjoy the garden, even when it's raining. The kitchen is a nice shape, well fitted and has a separate utility room.

On those lazy weekends you can lie in bed in the master suite and enjoy the views, and there are enough built-in wardobes to allow the man of the house space for more than 3 shirts. There are 5 bedrooms in total, 2 of which have en-suite facilities and there is a family bathroom with a shower. With gas central heating and UPVC double glazed windows, that's 2 more ticks on most people's wish list.

The front driveway has enough space to park several cars and there is an integral double width garage. To the rear is a patio, a nice summerhouse and plenty of space for the kids to play football.

It's amazing the little things that attract you to a home. What started us on our journey to Ashington was the front picture which looks very impressive, also the tucked away position and the layout of the rooms - this all suited our needs perfectly. Other things like the large bright master bedroom, the double aspect lounge, plus undoubtedly the view of Chanctonbury Ring, also knowing that it's a permanent view does make a difference.

Ashington itself is very convenient with major road links in all directions, and there is an excellent community spirit with a very good Church, Schools and Community Hall.
