"Accommodation comprises a useful storm porch. The living room is south facing therefore benefiting from light all day, it is an excellent size. The kitchen - dining room has new flooring, space for a table, built in fridge freezer, space for a washing machine and there are many cupboards.

Upstairs there is a very large main bedroom with a huge walk in cupboard. The second bedroom is an excellent size too. The bathroom is superb having a modern bath, W.C, wash hand basin and vanity unit. There is loft space for storage.

Outside

The rear garden has a patio area, a laid to lawn area and a decked area to the rear that catches the sun. There is a shed and a rear door. The fences and walls have been painted recently.

Location

Situated close to bus routes and local shops. Bognor town centre is nearby with more comprehensive facilities to be found at Chichester.

We find the property is within easy reach of the town centre. There are local amenities nearby with shops, coop and little local that are handy to use. It is a pleasant area. We are happy with the house, the rooms are good sizes, not cramped and plenty of room to move in. There is plenty of storage too and there are fitted wardrobes.
