"Ideal opportunity to improve and modernise this substantial two reception, three bedroom 1930's property. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, yet in the heart of Bognor Regis town centre, with its mainline railway station, precinct shopping facilities, the beach and promenade. EPC-C

The accommodation on offer is bright, spacious, clean and tidy, although some modernisation and bringing out the original features is now required.
