"No onward chain. A three bedroom semi detached family home occupying a good sized plot which provides fantastic potential to extend (subject to planning).

The house is accessed by a useful porch which leads to the hallway which has door access to the downstairs cloakroom, sitting/dining room and kitchen. The kitchen faces the front of the house and has wall and base units, sink and space for gas cooker, fridge/freezer and plumbing and space for a washing machine. The sitting/dining room has a stone fireplace with electric fire, under stairs cupboard and door to the conservatory. The conservatory has a brick built base with wooden flooring and power and lights and patio door leading to the garden. The A29 and A24 provide easy access to the M25 and Gatwick and Heathrow Airports.
