"4 Caffyns Rise is a modern detached house built in 1999 and occupied by the same owner since new. Offering spacious and well proportioned accommodation spread over three floors, the house is ideal for a growing family or for those that require a large ground floor study or consulting room. Approached by steps up to the front door, there is a spacious entrance hall with storage cupboard a ground floor bedroom with en suite shower room and built in cupboards.

From the entrance hall, stairs lead to a spacious first floor landing with double doors opening to the sitting room, dual aspect, with patio doors leading out to the rear garden.
