"A surprisingly spacious detached family home within walkable distance of the High Street, Schools and mainline station. The house is laid out over three floors which offers great flexibility and a very versatile living space. From the front door, you are welcomed into a spacious entrance hall with under-stairs storage, a separate coat cupboard and a cloakroom. The hall leads into a large living room, a light kitchen/ diner and a separate dining/playroom. From the hall, stairs lead down to the lower ground floor, which has the option of making into a great self-contained annexe. This floor comprises a large family room leading onto an outside decking area and well stocked garden, sloping away from the house. There is also a fifth bedroom and toilet, with plenty of natural light and a large utility room, under-stairs cupboard, study/store room and useful tool room with access to the garden.
On the top ( 2nd ) floor, there are 4 good sized bedrooms, with a family bathroom. Two bedrooms benefit from built-in wardrobes and the master bedroom also has an en-suite shower room with eaves storage, and a large airing cupboard. There is also a useful floored loft, which is mains lit.
