"A spacious and extended late Victorian semi detached house surrounded by open fields. Set in a rural location, the house has wonderful views over the surrounding countryside. The house has not come to the market for over 40 years. The ground floor includes a large main reception room with an open fire, an open plan kitchen/dining room, utility room and wet room/cloakroom. In addition the integral garage could easily be converted into a further reception room, subject to planning and building regulations. A door leading to the dining room exists but has been boarded over. The first floor has a large landing with space for a desk and sofa, a generous bathroom and three bedrooms. The rear garden sides onto a field and offers a good degree of privacy. It has been landscaped and includes a patio, lawn, summerhouse and shed.
