A complete and comprehensive renovation of this house has created a superb modern home with all the traditional benefits of a substantial plot-large established garden, parking for several cars and a lovely mature outlook-now coupled with a glamorous, desirable and practical living space.

From the moment you open the front door you know this is a luxury home. The stylish entry hall is flooded with natural light that streams through the skylight and bounces off the glossy floor.
A semi-glazed hardwood door leads into the impressive open plan family room with enough space for adults to both entertain and watch over homework. Each zone clearly defined and enhanced by clever lighting.

The generous 9 ft dining alcove can easily seat a table for 10.

The focus of the large lounge area is a state of the art bio-ethanol fireplace producing the luxury of real flames in minutes. TV cables concealed in the wall keep this area clutter free. Truly a lovely warm, relaxing space to entertain friends or curl up with Netflix’s after a long day.

But the show stopper is the kitchen. This beautiful heart of the home is also a highlight with bespoke modern shaker units including a stunning full height internally lit signature display cabinet. The elegant ceramic sink with spray tap overlooks the garden. The white moon stone worktop subtly glinting with inset quartz catches the light beautifully, creating both masses of worktop space and a beautiful breakfast bar for friends and family.

Easily big enough for 2 or 3 cooks to work harmoniously together this kitchen is extremely practical with loads of storage including 2 large saucepan drawers. Of course there are brand new full size integrated dishwasher, fridge and freezer and extractor. There is also the space for a range cooker with the plumbing for electric, gas or a combination of both whatever suits your style of cooking. Excitingly there is also a proper pantry. Brick built, stone floor, air vents and enough pristine, white storage to please a small restaurant.
The pantry also houses the switch to light up the magnificent tree at the bottom of the garden, a dramatic sight winter or summer.

If the kitchen is the heart of the home the utility area is the engine,
this is where you will find the new boiler and meters as the house has been both rewired and had a complete new heating system installed.

The utility has enough cupboard space for the most ardent Mrs Hinch fan. The side entrance ensures all muddy paws, boots and kit can be removed and washed here rather than being dragged through the house. There is also very useful under stairs storage.
The guest cloakroom is modern and fresh.

Upstairs is bright, light and spacious. The master bedroom can quite easily accommodate a king size bed and a bank of wardrobes. It has a beautiful open aspect view to the front. The second bedroom is very generous easily containing a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space.

Even the smallest bedroom is not so small, able to fit two singles and wardrobes.

The large family bathroom with its double sink and sleek under basin vanity unit has been designed to cope with the morning rush as well as being a sanctuary at the end of the day when all you want is a long soak.
