"From the two car driveway is the front door which leads to the hallway with door to garage and door to ground floor w.c. The hall then leads to the kitchen with a new double oven, integrated dishwasher, several base and drawer units, wall units and an extractor fan. Off the kitchen is a utility room which houses a fridge with freezer box, washing machine, tumble dryer, base unit, worktop and wall mounted boiler. There are also doors to the rear and side of the property. Off the kitchen and also the hall is a large, through living / dining room. The dining has sliding doors to the patio and is ideal for a large table and chairs. The living room area has a large window and chimney with gas fire. Off the dining area is a useful storage cupboard.

On the first floor is the main bedroom with an en suite shower room comprising a corner shower with glazed door, a toilet, sink, towel rail and tiling to both the floors and walls. Bedroom two is a good sized double with fitted wardrobe. Bedroom three would fit a standard double bed and has built in wardrobes.
