"THREE GENEROUS BEDROOMS; WELL PRESENTED THROUGHOUT; TWO RECEPTIONS AND A KITCHEN/DINING ROOM- Situated on this ever popular modern housing development is this nicely kept generous three bedroom semi-detached property. To the ground floor there is an entrance hallway, living room, entirely separate sitting room

(ground floor bedroom perhaps) plus a kitchen/dining room with patio doors leading onto the rear garden. The first floor has three good size bedrooms - the master has an en suite, shower and sink. Finally there is a white family bathroom/WC. The property benefits from gas central heating (via a combi boiler re-fitted in 2014 and serviced in November 2015).
