The house was set in the most wonderful position for us and was completely unique to everything else that we had seen previously. Set back from the road and in a cul-de-sac you would never realise you could have a location so quiet next to a main road and Cheam. We also fell in love with the views to the rear of the property across the parkland, and the space we enjoy in the house after we extended and adapted it through the years.
