"As with many properties of this era, the half tile hung and red brick elevations provide an extremely attractive feature and is very in keeping with Surrey/Sussex style cottages around the turn of the last century. In more recent years the property has been significantly extended to provide genuine family accommodation which is extremely well presented. The property is accessed from the side via a double glazed door which leads to a generous lobby area with a downstairs cloakroom to the side. This in turn leads to a useful study/office area with a large fitted desk with extensive built in storage. To the side is a utility recess with space for a washing machine and tumble drier. The office is open plan to a bright kitchen/breakfast room with a comprehensive range of cream fronted base and eye level units with beech style roll edge work surfaces and there is space for a cooker, overhead extractor fan, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Ceramic tiled flooring extends into the office entrance lobby. To the front is a large open plan lounge/diner with a feature fireplace with a gas coal effect fire in the sitting area whilst the dining area features a large storage cupboard built into the chimney breast recess. A central open tread staircase leads to the first floor which has 3 well proportioned bedrooms and a lovely family bathroom with an ivory 3 piece suite to include an integrated power shower over the jacuzzi bath and limed oak joinery.
