"Four bedroom family home in the heart of south Farnham conveniently placed for local schools.

Description

This four bedroom semi detached family home has been extended and modernised by the current owners and is of brick and block construction under a tiled roof.

Entered via a porch which leads through to the inner hall, giving access to the main reception space. The open plan sitting dining room creates a cosy feel with plenty of space for family seating.

Steps down lead to the bright and expansive kitchen sitting room with roof lights flooding the space with natural light. Bifold doors open out on to the terrace and garden beyond. The kitchen is well equipped with integrated appliances and a central breakfast bar. An office, downstairs shower room and bedroom complete the ground floor accommodation.
